WestJet works hand in hand with Carbon Offsetters, the North American equivalent of Climate Care. If you book a flight through www.offsetters.ca., WestJet will pay the offset at no extra cost to you. Examples of projects they fund include restoring a Ugandan rainforest and developing biofuel cookers in India, which eliminate the need to cut forests for firewood.
